Files and Images

Uploaded files are stored temporarily on our server only for the duration of conversion. Once you download your converted file, both the original and converted file are deleted immediately. We do not retain, analyze, or share your images under any circumstances.

Account Data

If you create an account, we store your email address and subscription status. We do not store payment card data — that is handled exclusively by Stripe. We do not sell or share your account data with third parties.

Rate Limiting

To prevent abuse, we store a SHA-256 hash of your IP address to track daily conversion counts. This hash cannot be reversed to obtain your IP address. It is deleted after 24 hours.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to maintain your login state if you have an account. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs the data they collect. We load Google Fonts via CSS — this results in a request to Google's CDN. No other third-party services are used.
