Renewal & Cancellation Policy

Trial

QuickConvert Pro starts with a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial; you will not be charged during the trial period.

Renewal

Pro subscriptions renew monthly at $20.99 USD via Stripe. The renewal happens automatically on the same calendar day each month until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — Pro features remain active until that date.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for partial months. If you cancel within the 3-day trial, you will not be charged.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, your account is marked past due. Stripe retries the charge automatically. If retries fail, the subscription is canceled and Pro features revert to Free tier limits.
